Dear Vendor It’s time to start thinking about the Kate Wolf Festival for 2010. All returning vendors are invited back but it is very important that you get your application and full booth fees to me by March 1st to reserve your space. After that date I will open space for new vendors.
All vendors will need a California Resale Number. Contact the State Board Of Equalization: http://www.boe.ca.gov/info/reg.htm#sales Santa Rosa Office: (707) 576-2101.

As we worked hard at choosing vendors, returning vendors get a right of first refusal. The deadline for submitting the application and full booth fees is March 1st. After that date I will acept folks from the waiting list. If you are planning on sharing your booth space with another vendor, please ask me first. I need to know what is being sold at the festival to make sure we do not have too much of anything. Also if sharing a booth we request one payment from one vendor.

New vendors who wish to be placed on the Waiting List should email katefestvendors@cumuluspresents.com with business name, contact person, phone, address, email address, and description of products. We will notify you if we have an opening for you.

Food vendors need to comply with all Health Department regulations regarding the sale of food. Please contact the Mendocino County Health Department in Ukiah, 707.463.4466

Welcome! This is the first step in applying to be a vendor for: The Sebastopol Celtic World Music Festival Sept. 25-27, 2009 Sebastopol, CA

As we worked hard at choosing vendors, returning vendors get a right of first refusal. After July 1st., I will accept folks from the waiting list. If you are planning on sharing your booth space with another vendor, please ask me first. I need to know what is being sold at the festival to make sure we do not have too much of anything. Also if sharing a booth we request one payment from one vendor.

Some important info BOOTH SIZE AND FEES - CRAFT BOOTHS approximate size 10’x10’ -$200 includes two tickets /day for owner/staff who may enter the grounds free. You may also two additional helpers who can enter at the reduced rate of $17 per day -FOOD BOOTH 15’x15’ - $360 ($100 additional for electricity) Includes: four owner/staff/day who enter free and up to 4 additional staff at the $17 reduced rate. -NON-COMMERCIAL SERVICE - Complimentary Includes two tickets on each day for owner/staff who may enter the grounds without charge. You may also two additional helpers who can enter at the reduced rate of $17 per day You must provide your own booth structure, shade and accessories. There is limited electricity available for food vendors. All food vendors must be self-contained. Requests for electricity must be made ahead of time. It may not be possible to grant all requests.
