I understand that as a crew member, I represent Kate Wolf and will act in a manner that reflects positively on the event.

I understand that if I don't fulfill my commitment, I owe Kate Wolf Festival the price of one (1) full weekend ticket, camping, and a T-shirt.

I understand that during the event, I may be filmed, videotaped or photographed by or on behalf of Kate Wolf or Black Oak Ranch for marketing or commercial purposes. My admission to Earthdance serves as my permission for use of my image without compensationby Kate Wolf and Black Oak Ranch for any and all future marketing or commercial purposes.

The commercial use of photographic, video and film images of Kate Wolf is strictly prohibited without the full written consent of Kate Wolf.
