Dear Vendor,
First, let me introduce myself. My name is Matthew Cook and I am the new Vendor Coordinator
for the Kate Wolf Memorial Music Festival. Most of you know me by now—I’ve worked with
Irene at Black Oak Ranch for several years and I was on site at the Kate Festival last year.
There are a few changes this year. All returning vendors are invited back but it is very important
that you get your application and booth fees to me by March 1st to reserve your space. After that
date I will open space for new vendors. The beer booth is being moved to the back of the music
bowl. The vendor spaces that used to be in that location will be moved to the right-hand side of
the bowl when facing the stage. All vendors will need a California Resale Number. Contact the

Welcome to the Kate Wolf Memorial Music Festival. I am enclosing your application for a booth
at the festival.The price of a 10x10 food vending booth is $800.00. This includes 5 tickets with
the option of buying 3 additional tickets at $140 each. The price of a 10x10 craft space is
$500.00 with 3 tickets and the option of buying 2 more tickets at $140 each. Checks should be
made out to Kate Wolf Memorial Music Festival or KWMMF.
As we worked hard at choosing vendors, returning vendors get a right of first refusal
The deadline for submitting the application and full booth fees is March 1st. After that date
I will acept folks from the waiting list. If you are planning on sharing your booth space with
another vendor, please ask me first. I need to know what is being sold at the festival to make sure
we do not have too much of anything. Also if sharing a booth we request one payment from one
vendor.
Food vendors need to comply with all Health Department regulations regarding the sale of food.
